SEC Championship
Georgia at Alabama

While our next Conference Championship will be the most watched, the SEC Championship is almost always most crucial when it comes to CFB Post Season games and this year is no different.
For the 4th time in the last 8 seasons, Georgia and Alabama will go head to head for the crown in the SEC in Atlanta. Having already faced each other once this season, Alabama handed Georgia it's only loss of the season by a score of 24-21. This game was in Georgia's home stadium and put an end to UGA's longest Home win streak in the nation at the time which had extended to 33 straight wins.
Since then, both teams have been a part of the AP Poll's Top-10 even after Alabama lost to Oklahoma in Week 12 and Georgia ran the table.
Looking ahead to this matchup at 4 PM on ABC, Georgia is favored by 2.5 points.
Playoff Implications: While the winner will get an automatic bid into the Playoffs, the more serious implications deal with Alabama. Sitting at the 9-seed currently, if Alabama loses this game there is a real chance they do not make the Playoffs whereas if Georgia loses, they will likely still be a Top-10 seed.

B1G Championship
Indiana @ Ohio St

The big one. A matchup between the #1 and #2 teams in the nation only comes around once or twice a decade and even more rarely does it happen in a conference championship.
While Ohio State has ran the table since Week 2 as the #1 seed, Indiana started at #20 in the preseason poll and has gone undefeated with key wins over Illinois and in Oregon. Ohio State's schedule was of similar strength with their key wins being vs Texas and at Illinois and at Michigan.
When the two lock up Saturday night in Indiana, (Big 10 Championship is always held in Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis) it will be the first meeting of the season between the Buckeyes and Hoosiers. The all-time matchup record between the two schools is 31-0-1 in favor of Ohio State with their only tie coming in 1990 in the schools' second-ever matchup.
Saturday Night's affair will have Ohio State favored by 4 points.
Playoff Implications: Both of these teams will make the Playoffs and in fact, both teams will probably be a Top-4 seed and earn a first-round BYE regardless of who loses. The implications here will be the winning team receiving the #1 seed and being the only undefeated team heading into the Playoffs.

ACC Championship
Duke @ Virginia

This conference championship has the chance to be the most impactful of any game this week. While Virginia is the rightful favorites by 4 points, Duke is the dark horse of the College Football world and has the worst regular season record of any team competing for a Conference Championship this season at 7-5.
Another interesting part of this matchup are the teams that DIDN'T make the game. 4 other ACC teams had the same conference record as Duke of 6-2, including #12 Miami, #24 Georgia Tech, and SMU and Pittsburgh who both spent time in the AP Top-25. Duke did not beat any of those teams and in fact lost to Georgia Tech earlier in the season.
Already this season has Virginia beaten Duke by a score of 34-17 in Duke's home stadium just 3 weeks ago. For that reason alone this game should go to the Cavaliers.
Playoff Implications: If Duke wins this game... All Hell Will Break Loose.

Big 12 Championship
BYU @ Texas Tech

Yet another matchup we've already seen this season, Texas Tech will once again "host" BYU after beating them 29-7 just 4 weeks ago. I say "host" because the game will be at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, just 4 hours away from Lubbock.
This game has the largest spread of any of the Top-Conference Championships at 12.5 points. After the first game between the two teams ended up being very one-sided, this game seems to be very likely to end similarly with Texas Tech on top especially with how high-powered their defense is. However, having such a large spread may also make it one of the best game to bet on this weekend...
Playoff Implications: Texas Tech should make the playoffs win or lose barring a crazy shakeup which could include Duke winning tomorrow. For BYU, even with a 11-1 record they could end up outside of the Playoff-cut
