HM 2020 Aaron Rodgers (387.3)
4299 pass yards/48 TDs/5 INTs
149 rush yards/3 TDs/4 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 13
End of Season QB Rank: 3
The first of Aaron Rodgers back-to-back MVP seasons was statistically better for Fantasy football and has the best TD-INT performance on this list until our #1 spot. The Packers had just drafted the 37-year old's replacement in the draft only A-Rod wasn't ready to give up his spot.
This season was Rodgers firmly stating that he was still a Top-QB in the league and set career-highs in Completion% and TDs.

HM 2015 Cam Newton (389.1)
3837 pass yards/35 TDs/10 INTs
636 rush yards/10 TDs/5 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 11
End of Season QB Rank: 1
Another MVP season on the list, Cam Newton's "superman" 2015 season was BY FAR his best and comes just short of making the Top-10. 45 TDs on the year is tied for 3rd on this list.
This season truly came out of nowhere and marked one of the greatest rushing-QB seasons since the prime of Mike Vick 10-years earlier. Newton had always been a great rusher but his passing this year truly set him above all others that year and for his career.

10. 2020 Kyler Murray (390.7)
3971 pass yards/26 TDs/12 INTs
819 rush yards/11 TDs/9 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 4
End of Season QB Rank: 2
Rounding out the Top-10 is another outlier and arguably the best rushing season we'll see on this list. Murray's 2020 season was his 2nd in the league and instantly made him a "player" in the league.
His agility and speed were almost unstoppable and culminated in a 39.6 onslaught of the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 15. His rushing or passing stats have not been up to par with this season since but he is still drafted highly every year just based off the potential we saw this season.

9. 2021 Justin Herbert (395.8)
5014 pass yards/38 TDs/15 INTs
302 rush yards/3 TDs/1 FUM
Pre-Season QB Rank: 9
End of Season QB Rank: 2
Herbert is one of only 2 players to hit 5,000 pass yards on this list and this season was his magnum opus in the league. Setting career-marks in pass yards, pass TDs, QBR and rushing yards, Herbert was just shy of the elite-400 point season. He would also set a career-high in INTs with 15 which brought his points down.
Herbert, (like Murray) is still trying to find this statistical success in his career but has recently changed to a much more efficient passer and team manager thanks to the guidance of Head Coach Jim Harbaugh. A career renaissance much-like 2020's Aaron Rodgers seems pretty possible considering his situation and could have herbert poised for another Top-10 season very soon.

8. 2020 Josh Allen (405.1)
4544 pass yards/37 TDs/10 INTs
421 rush yards/8 TDs/9 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 10
End of Season QB Rank: 1
Get ready to see a lot more of this man as Josh Allen will from this point on, take HALF of the remaining spot on this list. The first on this list and first statistically elite season of his career, Allen's 2020 is when he finally put the rushing and passing together for his first elite season. He was immediately compared to Cam Newton's 2015 for it's outlier nature and dual-threat ability.
45 TDs, almost 20 turnovers and a #1 QB mark at the end of the year made this season the start to Allen's dominance. Eclipsing 35 Fantasy points 6 times throughout the season, Allen would take the league by storm and truly never look back.

7. 2023 Josh Allen (410.6)
4306 pass yards/29 TDs/18 INTs
524 rush yards/15 TDs/7 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 3
End of Season QB Rank: 1
Hey look, it's Josh Allen again. This time 3 years later, Allen would have a much more chaotic passing season but have 15 RUSHING TOUCHDOWNS. 4,800 total yards and 44 TDs on the season with 12 of his 17 starts having at least 1 rushing score, Allen's role as the ENTIRE OFFENSE for the Bills two season ago made him an elite Fantasy scorer.
25 turnovers on the year severely hurt his campaign's final numbers however and if he had say 7 fewer, this season would be firmly in this list's Top-3.

6. 2022 Josh Allen (412.2)
4283 pass yards/35 TDs/14 INTs
762 rush yards/7 TDs/13 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 1
End of Season QB Rank: 2
Are you starting to see a pattern yet? Allen's 3 season in a 4-year run of Fantasy dominance saw a lot of the same we just talked about in his 2023 season. Only beating it's predecessor by less than one TD, Allen's mark for this season was more rushing yards.
He would be 1 shy of Total TDs and tack on 2 more turnovers but would still have multiple 35+-point games including a 39.2-point performance in Week 15 against the Dolphins.

5. 2018 Patrick Mahomes (417.1)
5097 pass yards/50 TDs/12 INTs
272 rush yards/2 TDs/9 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 15
End of Season QB Rank: 1
Earlier we talked about the season that started it all for Allen, well this season started it all for the most meteoric rise in the NFL in a very long time. Ranked 15th in preseason, Patrick Mahomes put on the most dominant passing seasons we'd seen since Peyton in his first year as a starter.
Mahomes would tie Brady for 2nd-most TDs in a season this year and have the 11th most pass yards in a season too boot. 2 games of 6 TDs and 10 games of at least 3, Mahomes caught fire in this league and even nabbed his first MVP award for his troubles.

4. 2021 Josh Allen (417.6)
4407 pass yards/36 TDs/15 INTs
763 rush yards/6 TDs/8 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 2
End of Season QB Rank: 1
Finally, we have the best fantasy season of Josh's career and it's firmly in the middle of his 4-year run from 2020-2023. Cutting his turnovers down very slightly and hitting the 5,000 total yard mark for the first time, Allen was all over the field this year. Finishing as QB1 for the second year in a row, he would only score 15 points or less in 3 of his 17 starts, Allen's consistency and overwhelming offensive output was stunning. If 2020 was his breakout season, this was the season that truly made him a top-tier QB in the league and a Fantasy "must-have".

3. 2019 Lamar Jackson (421.7)
3127 pass yards/36 TDs/6 INTs
1206 rush yards/7 TDs/9 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 12
End of Season QB Rank: 1
Surprisingly this is Lamar's first season on the list and wildly compares to Mahomes 2018 campaign from the year prior. High in yards, TDs and low in turnovers, Jackson's 1,206 rush yards is still the highest by any QB in history.
His efficiency as a passer was unexpected with a 36:6 ratio. He would also have 2 games over 40 points and only 3 games under 20 points.
Oh yeah, Lamar only played 15 games this season as he sat out Week 17, making his per-game average 28.1 points, or the highest per-game average in Fantasy Football history.

2. 2022 Patrick Mahomes (428.4)
5250 pass yards/41 TDs/12 INTs
358 rush yards/4 TDs/5 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 3
End of Season QB Rank: 1
Coming just short of our #1 spot, most don't realize just how dominant Mahomes was in his 2nd MVP and 3rd Super Bowl season. We've established his team success but how good was Mahomes in Fantasy this year? Well, 5,600 total yards is by far the most on this list and 45 TDs is tied for 3rd with only 17 turnovers on the year.
From week 1 when he scored 39.5 fantasy points, Mahomes would average over 25 points a week. Scoring over 35 points 4 different times, this was Mahomes best season statistically and his first time leading the Fantasy QB-world since his 2018 campaign.

1. 2024 Lamar Jackson (434.4)
4172 pass yards/41 TDs/4 INTs
915 rush yards/4 TDs/10 FUMs
Pre-Season QB Rank: 4
End of Season Rank: 1
Our top spot came just last season when Lamar not only had the best statistical season of his career, but possibly of the last two decades while also getting snubbed of MVP. What statistic stands out to you? almost 5,100 total yards? 45 TDs? To me, it's his 14 turnovers for the entire season or less than 1 per game. Jackson had all of the stats and then some of his remarkable 2019 MVP season but with less turnovers and 2 extra games.
He would again score 40+ fantasy points twice and would also have the highest TD:INT ratio of the last decade. This man was once praised for his rushing ability as a passer and in this previous NFL season, for my money, had the GREATEST dual-threat season in NFL history.
