(Matt Hylen)
Quarterbacks

Geno Smith at CHI
It has been a good start to the fantasy football season for Geno Smith. Though his team lost in real life, he still put on one of the best fantasy performances of the week, throwing for 289 yards and 3 TDs. Smith will now play a Bears defense that ranks among the worst in the league, allowing the 6th most passing yards and third most points per game to QBs.
Jordan Love at DAL
Jordan Love has a fantastic matchup in Week 4 against Dallas. Coming off a subpar 183 yard/1 TD performance in Week 3, Love goes from playing the best defense in football to arguably the worst. This has bounce-back written all over it in my eyes, making Love a must-start in Week 4.
Drake Maye vs CAR
Believe it or not, but Drake Maye has been fantastic so far in fantasy this season. Ranked as a top-10 fantasy QB currently, he does have a tough matchup against the Panthers, but his ability to make throws against the Steelers is promising. He spreads the ball around efficiently, making him a good start in Week 4 despite the tough matchup.
Running Backs

Isiah Pacheco vs BAL
This is absolutely a risky start, don't get me wrong, considering how bad Isiah Pacheco has been this season. However, going against the worst rush defense in the NFL in the Ravens is the best chance he has to turn things around. The Chiefs' offense is still a little shaky, but if Pacheco can break some runs early, his volume may increase against an atrocious run defense in Baltimore.
Quinshon Judkins at DET
Despite missing all of training camp, preseason, and Week 1 of the season, Quinshon Judkins already looks like he can be a star. The second-round pick was efficient again in Week 3 and has firmly taken RB1 duties in Cleveland. His matchup is tough, but so was Green Bay last week, which he dominated.
Omarion Hampton at NYG
Another rookie makes my list of starts for Week 4. Omarion Hampton was great in his first full game without Najee Harris, rushing for 70 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries. What is also extremely promising is that he was targeted seven times in the passing game, catching six of those for 59 yards. This hybrid style of RB usage makes Hampton a lethal weapon against the Giants, who rank 4th in fantasy points allowed to RBs.
Wide Receivers

Quentin Johnston at NYG
Quentin Johnston has been one of the biggest surprises of the season thus far, posting another superb stat line in Week 3. His target share is proven, as well as taking 36% of the air yards last week. Johnston goes up against the Giants, whose defense gives up the 3rd most fantasy points per game to WRs.
Matthew Golden at DAL
This is the week Mathew Golden breaks out in my mind. Coming off his best season as a pro in Week 3, Golden will attempt to follow it up against a horrific Cowboys' pass defense that allows the most fantasy points per game to receivers. Given his big-play potential, Golden may get plenty of opportunities to take the top off the defense.
Tetairoa McMilan vs NE
Tetairoa McMillan's status for Week 4 is currently in question, but if he plays, he should start in any format. He has gotten plenty of targets thus far to warrant him a viable part of the Panthers' offense, while also playing a Patriots team that is bottom-5 in terms of fantasy points per game allowed. This is a huge matchup for McMillan in the best way and should have plenty of playmaking opportunities come Sunday.
Tight Ends

T.J. Hockenson at PIT
T.J. Hockenson finally put things together in Week 3 under backup Carson Wentz, posting a serviceable 5/49/1 day. With Wetz still at the helm, Hockenson has an even better matchup against the Steelers, who allow the 2nd most points to TEs.
Kyle Pitts Sr. vs WAS
Kyle Pitts Sr. had another solid performance for TE standards in Week 3, which should continue in Week 4. He has been targeted 19 times thus far in 2025, which accounts for the bulk of the team's targets in general. Pitts Sr. goes up against a Commanders defense that allows the 10th most points a game to TEs
Jake Ferguson vs GB
Jake Ferguson was a beast once again last week, dominating the team's targets (14) and receptions (13). With CeeDee Lamb out, Ferguson will become even more featured against the Bears, who rank bottom ten in fantasy points allowed per game to TEs.

Quarterbacks

Daniel Jones at LAR
Indiana Jones has had a remarkable start to his season and has been the 6th-best Fantasy QB so far this season. His streak of incredible games may be coming to an end as they travel all the way to LA to face the Rams. The Colts will likely rely on their run game, and if any part of their game is affected by their travel and facing the fierce Rams' pass rush, Jones will have an off day.
Brock Purdy vs JAX
This entry is only if Brock Purdy actually starts this week, which it looks like he will as of Thursday morning. Jacksonville's defense is just mid so far this season, but coupling Brock Purdy coming back after 2 weeks on the bench with not having George Kittle should make him an easy bench this week.
Dak Prescott vs GB
Oh boy, I was defending Dak all offseason as a good QB, and I think I'm done with it. Facing the Eagles' and Giants' defenses could be easily defendable, but after having another dud against Chicago's... yeah, Dak is firmly on my "I need to see it to believe it" list.
Running Backs

Derrick Henry at KC
Derrick Henry is always good for a start with his touchdown upside, but right now there are too many things about him trending downward. Fumbling in all three games this season and now facing the Chiefs in Kansas City, who haven't allowed a 100-yard rusher yet this season, means Henry is seriously only a FLEX start this week.
Jonathan Taylor at LAR
Just like Daniel Jones, I don't like the Colts this week traveling to LA. Unlike Jones, Taylor is actually playing a defense that is good against his position, ranking 1st in the league against RBs so far this season. JT may have the team's game plan around him, but if the Rams' stuffing Barkley last week is any indication of how they'll be this week, don't start the Colt.
Alvin Kamara at BUF
Wide Receivers

Ja'Marr Chase at DEN
You hate to see it if you drafted Chase #1 in your drafts. After looking pretty good in three quarters last week, Jake Browning proved he has no business passing to the best WR in the game, and now having to travel to Denver means you CANNOT trust Chase.
Malik Nabers vs LAC
Teams have been smart this season and are doubling Nabers every single play to make the Giants' offense worthless. He went off against the worst defense in the league 2 weeks ago in Dallas, but after dropping 2.3 points against KC and now nursing a back injury, Nabers is a serious option to bench altogether against the Chargers.
Brian Thomas Jr. at SF
As a fantasy owner of BTJ this season, I am TELLING you to bench this dude. A matchup in San Francisco is his toughest of the season so far, and he is in the midst of a season where he is averaging 2.3 catches for less than 40 yards per game. Another man on my "I'll believe it when I see it" list.
Tight Ends

Juwan Johnson at BUF
Juwan Johnson has been a serious bright spot in New Orleans this week, but I can see this game in Buffalo getting really ugly really quickly. Johnson could be a touchdown-dependent TE this week, especially for those people who don't have a backup on their team, but no more than that.
Mark Andrews at KC
Alright, so hear me out: yes, Mark Andrews showed up in a BIG WAY last week, but he is more likely to fall back into irrelevance this week in Kansas City. The 4th best defense against tight ends this season, look for Lamar to find his receivers more than Andrews again this week, like he did in weeks 1 and 2.
Zach Ertz at ATL
Here's a fun fact: the Falcons' defense is the best in the league against tight ends this season. Especially if Jayden Daniels is out again, you cannot start Zach Ertz unless you have absolutely no other options.
