Superstar Wide Receiver Terry McLaurin will end his holdout with the Washington Commanders after inking a new 3 year extension worth $96 million dollars Monday morning.

The 29-year old is coming off his 5th straight 1,000-yard seasons and adding 13 TDs as well. After the 2024 season that saw the meteoric rise of Jayden Daniels within the new Commanders-regime, McLaurin quickly solidified his role as the team's top playmaker.

With McLaurin now under contract through the 2028 season, meaning throughout Daniels' entire rookie season, this dynamic duo will continue to be a force to reckon with for the next 4 years.

Segwaying to another topic around McLaurin, one of the biggest stories this off season was the rumors of where a potential trade destination would be including New England. With McLaurin now firmly off of the table, the Patriots will look to instead bolster their D-line with holdouts like Micah Parsons and Trey Hendrickson.

Without any other major receiving talents left on the market, the Patriots should continue their season with the ample amount of talent in their room. Veteran Stefon Diggs now has no doubt to his role as WR1 on this offense and hopefully for the team, he can lead this group for Drake Maye throughout the season.
