Start 'Em (Matt Hylen)
Quarterbacks

Jared Goff at WAS
Coming off a solid day in Week 9, Goff has an opportunity to bring the Lions' offense to its ceiling in Week 10. We have not seen Detroit's offense light up the scoreboard since Week 5, but with Washington's defense banged up, that likely will change. Expect Goff to put up huge numbers against the Commanders, who allow the 4th most points to QBs regardless of health (according to Yahoo Fantasy Sports).
Caleb Williams vs NYG
Caleb Williams is coming off a phenomenal game, where he passed for 280 yards, 53 rushing yards, and 4 TDs (3 passing, 1 receiving). Williams truly did it all in a signature game, which makes his matchup against the Giants enticing. With New York allowing the 7th most points to QBs (according to Yahoo Fantasy Sports), Williams could be in for another big day in a QB duel.
Jaxon Dart at CHI
It has not translated to many real-life wins, but Jaxon Dart has turned himself into a very decent plug-and-play option. Coming off a 191 passing yard, 56 rushing yard, and 3 TD day (2 passing, 1 rushing), Dart's value skyrockets with many starting QBs on their bye week. Dart matches up against a Chicago team that just allowed 470 passing yards and a career-best performance to 40-year-old Joe Flacco.

Running Backs

Quinshon Judkins at NYJ
I am extremely high on Quinshon Judkins heading into this week. The Ohio State alum was not listed on the injury report after suffering a shoulder injury in their Week 8 game against New England, which is a great sign. Judkins also heads to New York to play a Jets team that just traded their run stopper in Quinnen Williams. Judkins could have a career day this week, in my opinion.
Tre'Veyon Henderson at TB
I am also going to go with Judkins' former college teammate in Tre'Veyon Henderson as a start this week. With Rhamondre Stevenson starting the week of practice out with a DNP, it is likely he will be unable to go for Sunday's matchup. Thus, Henderson will likely retain his RB1 duties against a Buccaneers defense that has already allowed over 450 points to RBs this season (according to Yahoo Fantasy Sports).
David Montgomery at WAS
David Montgomery may play second fiddle to Jahmyr Gibbs, but in a game where Detroit might run up the score, Montgomery should get his fair share of opportunities. Detroit has scored 35+ points three times this season, which also happen to be Montgomery's best three performances of the season. Thus, this correlation is too much to ignore in a potential blowout game against the Commanders.

Wide Receivers

Courtland Sutton vs LV
Courtland Sutton was not great last week, with his 30-yard touchdown catch being his only catch of the game, but I think he bounced back. With Denver making no moves at the trade deadline, Sutton will retain his WR1 status for Denver for the rest of the season. If he and QB Bo Nix can connect on more of his targets, Sutton should have no problem against a Raiders defense that allows the 4th most points to WRs (according to Yahoo Fantasy Sports).
Jordan Addison vs BAL
Jordan Addison is another bounce-back candidate heading into Week 10. Minnesota's offense looked functional and effective with JJ McCarthy at the helm. Though McCarthy will likely not be asked to throw all that much, he is going to make the most of his opportunities. I think he and Addison connect for some big plays against a horrific Baltimore defense.
Devonte Adams at SF
Davante Adams' fantasy prediction has been heavily relying on the amount of red zone targets he has capitalized on, yet he has still found a way to be extremely consistent. He is not the every week WR1 he used to be, but with Puka Nacua not playing at 100%, Adams will get his fair share of targets. Look for Adams to take advantage of his opportunities against a 49ers defense that allows the 11th most points to WRs (according to Yahoo Fantasy Sports).

Tight Ends

Dalton Schultz vs JAC
Dalton Schultz has been the standard of consistency at the fantasy TE position. After having a 6-catch, 77-yard performance against an elite Denver defense, matchups may not factor into Schultz's fantasy value. If he can put up numbers against the Broncos, he should have no problem against the Jaguars, who allow the 2nd most fantasy points to TEs this season (according to Yahoo Fantasy Sports).
Dallas Goedert at GB
Coming off their bye week, Dallas Goedert has a tremendous opportunity to perform. He has been a crucial part of the Eagles' success, supplying a much-needed safety blanket for QB Jalen Hurts. Look for Goedert to have another good performance against the Packers, who allow the 8th most points to TEs (according to Yahoo Fantasy Sports).
Oronde Gadsden vs PIT
Until he is considered one of the reliable TEs in the league, Orande Gadsden deserves to be on this list. Since his breakout performance in Week 6, Gadsden has been nothing short of elite when it comes to the TE position in fantasy football. I expect Gadsden's involvement and production to sustain against the 3rd worst defense against TEs in fantasy (according to Yahoo Fantasy Sports).

Sit 'Em (Zak Drapeau)
Quarterbacks

Daniel Jones vs ATL
This "Sit 'Em" distinction isn't just because of Jones' blow-up last week against the Steelers, where he had 5 turnovers. The added negatives of traveling to Germany and facing the Falcons' defense will be a lot, even for one of the most consistent QBs of the season.
Justin Herbert vs PIT
Herbert has as much talent as any QB in this league, but with an O-line as beat up as his against the Steelers, I can't bring myself to start him. Even after 27+ points in three straight weeks, his run can't keep going, especially when he'll run for his life the entire game.
Drake Maye at TB
Drake Maye has somewhat ruled himself out of MVP discussions over the past two weeks for me, even though he's still one of the best QBs in the league. After 3 turnovers and 2 more fumbles his team luckily recovered, Maye has been scattered, and a HUGE trip to Tampa Bay this week that will likely be their biggest game of the season might not be the best place to right the ship.

Running Backs

Bijan Robinson vs IND
Bijan has been on a downslide as of late, and a game against the Colts all the way in Germany is another tough one. Robinson's receiving upside may be the only reason to keep him starting unless your RB depth is that thin. The Colts rank 9th against fantasy RBs this season. The Colts have allowed one team to have 100 rushing yards on the season and no single RB to do so in any game.
Bucky Irving vs NE
The world may be very excited for Bucky Irving's comeback, but it will be a futile effort against the #1 rushing defense in the league this week. Everything from the matchups with the Pats to Tampa's likely snap-sharing between Irving and White to Irving's possibly still not 100% foot are reasons to at least give Irving another week.
Ashton Jeanty at DEN
This is an obvious one, and I hate to say it, but I'm very close to not even putting Jeanty on the list anymore because of his season output. The Raiders' offense did just become more dynamic with Bowers' return, but this week in Denver... no way Jeanty should start.

Wide Receivers

Marvin Harrison Jr. at SEA
Last week was Maserati Marv's best game of his career, and with the news that Jacoby Brissett is keeping his starting job, you may be inclined to keep Harrison as a starter. Here's the thing: Seattle's defense is REALLY good. Brissett will be a lot more uncomfortable in the pocket against them, and unless he has an elite performance again, watch for Harrison to go back to his normal 3-40 yard game.
Jaylen Waddle vs BUF
Waddle just won't step up and be the WR1 we've all hoped he could be, and I have to believe that is more a product of his environment than himself. With Tua and the Dolphins being as lousy as they are, a matchup against the Bills is as good a sign as any to start demoting Waddle on your teams.
Brian Thomas Jr. at HOU
Wow, BTJ might be the single most disappointing first-round fantasy pick this season. With the Jaguars bringing in Jakobi Meyers, we can see BTJ's already slim target share go down further, and an upcoming divisional matchup against the best defense in the league this season means BTJ has no business on anyone's lineup.

Tight Ends

Hunter Henry at TB
The Patriots may be the best team in the league at spreading the ball around and not being selfish. That means that sometimes Hunter Henry gets 2 catches for 10 yards, and sometimes he is the main target and gets 20+ points. For me, that's too big of a risk to take, especially with their high-stakes showdown in Tampa.
George Kittle vs LAR
Kittle hasn't impressed anyone since returning from injury three weeks ago, and with an NFC West showdown upcoming, I don't expect him to start. One thing to look for would be the return of Brock Purdy, which could give Kittle more hope, but for now, knowing that most Kittle fantasy owners have had a decent backup TE for his injury, really consider Kittle on your bench.
Zach Ertz vs DET
Ertz has been taking a smaller and smaller role as of late, and with Jayden Daniels likely out for a while and a matchup vs. the Lions... Yikes. That's all. Ertz is already falling lower and lower on the TE rankings every week, but now he's approaching the regular bench role anyway.
