JJ McCarthy vs CHI

JJ McCarthy is coming off a modest performance in Week 10, throwing for 248 yards, rushing for 48, and throwing for a TD. It definitely could have been worse, but McCarthy should improve on that stat line against a Bears defense that allows the 5th most points to QBs.

Aaron Rodgers vs CIN

Aaron Rodgers has been pretty good in fantasy football this year when he plays weak defenses. The Bengals are among the worst of the worst, not to mention Rodgers' best fantasy performance was against Cincy. Rodgers should have another big performance, repeating his last against a divisional foe.

Tua Tagovailoa vs WAS

Tua Tagovailoa finally has a favorable matchup after a string of 5 games where he played above-average to elite defenses. Tua gets a huge chance to rebound against an injured Commanders defense that allows the 2nd most points to QBs on average.

Woody Marks vs TEN

Woody Marks is progressively trending towards being the workhorse in Houston's offense. Coming off a 14-carry, 63-yard, 1 TD performance, Marks should get a similar workload against the Titans, who are a bottom-three rush defense in football.

Rashaad White at BUF

With Bucky Irving likely sitting out once again, Rashaad White will get the RB1 duties once again for Tampa Bay. Though the split of carries between him and Sean Tucker was a bit concerning, I feel it was more due to the Bucs riding the hot hand against an elite Patriots run defense. White should improve drastically against the Bills, who allow the 6th most points to RBs.

Jacory "Bill" Croskey-Merritt

Jaocry "Bill" Croskey-Merritt has underperformed in three straight games. However, those games were against the Chiefs, Seahawks, and Broncos, all of whom are top 10 defenses at stopping the run. Croskey-Merritt will get a much better opportunity to produce against a Dolphins defense that has let up multiple 100+ yard rushers.

Tre Tucker vs DAL

Tre Tucker did not get off to a good start as the sole WR1 in Vegas, but I feel that will change this week. If there is any team a home run threat like Tucker can explode against, it is the worst passing defense in football, the Dallas Cowboys. Regardless of how bad Vegas' offense looks, Tucker will have multiple opportunities to break a big play.

Rome Odunze at MIN

After a horrific Week 9, Rome Odunze bounced back nicely in Week 11, producing a solid 6 catches (on 10 targets) for 86 yards and a touchdown. Odunze faces a tough matchup in the Vikings, but with the Bears' offense rolling right now, he should get plenty of opportunities, especially in the red zone.

Quentin Johnston at JAX

With Ladd McConkey's status in question, it elevates Johnston in a game in which he would be a must-start anyway. Johnston came back to life last week and led the team in targets, which is a positive sign for the big-play threat. Johnston should feast against a leaky Jaguars defense that allows the 8th most points to WRs.

Hunter Henry vs NYJ

When it comes to primetime, very few have a better track record at the TE position than Hunter Henry. Henry performs at his best when the lights are bright, causing me to believe he is a must-start against the Jets, who are middle of the pack against TEs. However, considering this game should be high scoring on the Patriots' side of things, Henry should find the end zone in this one.

Zach Ertz at MIA

Zach Ertz has very quietly become a QB-proof tight end, and one of the more consistent ones at that. His production does not jump off the page points-wise, but if you're looking for consistent TE production, especially against a poor Vikings defense against TEs, Ertz is your guy.

Theo Johnson vs GB

Theo Johnson is coming off the most involved game of his career. Setting a career-high in targets, receptions, and receiving yards, Johnson is becoming more of a staple in the Giants' offense. With Jameis Winston throwing the rock for New York, Johnson should have plenty of opportunity, especially against a just below-average defense against TEs in the Packers.

Patrick Mahomes at DEN

Mahomes showed that his amazing season wasn't all that it's cracked up to be, especially on the road, when he had a bad Fantasy game at Buffalo. Well, even after a BYE, his day in Denver should be even worse.

Caleb Williams at MIN

Caleb has had some up-and-down performances lately, but a matchup in Minnesota is almost certain to mean another down performance. Considering Lamar could only put up 19 points against them last week, Caleb is in store for a much worse game in my opinion.

Jared Goff at PHI

I like Jared Goff in Fantasy most weeks, and even this week he's still in my Top-10, but a matchup in Philly has been a lot of QBs' kryptonite this year. Goff should start if you have no other QBs on your team, but even then you might be able to start a Free Agent with more upside than Goff.

Kyren Williams vs. SEA

Kyren and the Rams have had a great year, but the Seahawks' defense is just different. Now, I'm not saying Williams won't get a goal-line TD at some point, but the way Seattle has been dominating from the start lately means the Rams should be throwing the ball a lot next week.

Breece Hall at NE

Yada yada yada, another week... another RB versus the Patriots on the "Sit 'Em Report." Breece Hall was already struggling this season, as are the Jets, but against a Patriots team whose run defense ranks #1 on the year... yikes.

Travis Etienne Jr. vs. LAC

The Chargers' defense is tough to break through, and with the Jaguars' offense being... well, bad lately, Etienne is a fringe-FLEX play at best. Until Trevor Lawrence can prove he can lead an NFL team to tough wins, I wouldn't start any Jaguar.

Tetairoa McMillan at ATL

Similar to Thomas, McMillan has some major quarterback problems. Averaging under 5 catches and scoring 0 TDs in the last 4 games has been largely on Young, who has also struggled mightily. Put this team against a division-rival Falcons defense, and this becomes a no-brainer.

Deebo Samuel at MIA

Deebo will be one of the biggest casualties of the Jayden Daniels injury. In backing that up, Mariota will likely game plan to Zach Ertz more, as his history shows, and now that the Dolphins' defense has shown life against the Bills, it's best to just keep away from Samuel altogether.

Brian Thomas Jr. vs LAC

Thomas will keep being on this report because he juuuuuust... teases you every week. Averaging under 4 catches per game and having only 1 TD on the year, I believe that Thomas can still be elite in this league, but like Etienne in my previous entry, this falls on Lawrence's lap too.

Travis Kelce at DEN

I don't know how this KC-DEN game will go, but I'm guessing it will be a low-scoring affair. One thing I do know is that the Broncos have a top-5 defense and have just recently added Dre Greenlaw back to the lineup, who will shadow Kelce all night long. Find someone else!

Sam LaPorta at PHI

For the same reason as Goff earlier, LaPorta is probably worth benching this week due to his floor, which is legitimately nothing. The Eagles' secondary and linebackers are so good and strong that they have the power to blank LaPorta while Goff tends to look at St. Brown anyway.

Oronde Gadsden at JAX

Gadsden had a rough game against the Steelers, and while the Jaguars' defense is typically a much better matchup, Gadsden might be losing his role. Until the Chargers' offense can return to a more balanced affair, it could be likely that Gadsden returns to his first 6 weeks' role of just catching a pass or two at most.
