100. Budda Baker

Cardinals Safety

Last Year's Rank: N/A

Baker's ability as a downhill Safety is among the top of the league and in 2024 alone he had a combined 164 tackles. After his second season in a row without an interception, Budda's age may be affecting his completeness at the position.

99. Ashton Jeanty

Raiders Running Back

Last Year's Rank: N/A

The only rookie you'll see on this list, Ashton Jeanty's skill as a pure RB should have him even higher on the list. His role with the Raiders may limit his ceiling in his first year and his pass catching is only average but get ready for him to be closer to the Top-25 for next year's list.

98. Jeffery Simmons

Titans Defensive Tackle

Last Year's Rank: 97

After 2023, Simmons playing 16 games was the best thing that could've happened. On a terrible Tennessee defense, Simmons actually got better especially against the run. While he may never hit 9 sacks in a season again, Simmons keeps proving that he belongs in this upper echelon.

97. Danielle Hunter

Texans Defensive End

Last Year's Rank: 59

Hunter notched his 3rd straight season with double-digit sacks last season in his first season in Houston. His totals all dropped after an even more impressive 2023 including his PFF run grade but he still warrants game plans for all other teams and a 5th Pro Bowl nod.

96. DeForest Buckner

Colts Defensive Tackle

Last Year's Rank: 80

Buckner's pass rush ability has fallen a bit in his older years but still remains one of the best from the interior defensive position. His run defending improved slightly but with only 12 games in 2024, Buckner needs to prove he still has durability to return to the elite of the position.

95. Tee Higgins

Bengals Wide Receiver

Last Year's Rank: N/A

Higgins may have missed 5 games due to injury last season but every time he was on the field he was the perfect WR2 for the Bengals. Higgins size and speed could easily make him a WR1 but with Ja'Marr Chase getting all of the best CBs in the league, he may be the biggest mismatch in the league if he can stay healthy.

94. Jevon Holland

Giants Safety

Last Year's Rank: 77

Holland's final year of his rookie deal was arguably his worst. In a new home on the Giants who have a retooled secondary, Holland will have to prove he can get back to his heights of 2022 and 2023 again. At one point one of the best "Center Fielders" in the game, Holland's new location will hopefully revitalize his career.

93. Erik McCoy

Saints Center

Last Year's Rank: N/A

The only Saint on this list, McCoy may also be the only Saint that improved last year. Probably the best run-blocking Center in the league, McCoy could definitely improve his pass blocking but on the poor New Orleans O-line it may be out of his hands. With an expected terrible-2025 approaching, McCoy may not be on next year's list for reasons that are entirely not his fault.

92. Dak Prescott

Cowboys Quarterback

Last Year's Rank: 26

In his 3rd injury-riddled season in 5 years, Dak's skill isn't in question at least for me. Dak needs to prove he can stay healthy and that he can overcome a Cowboys' offense who've gone through major changes in just a few short seasons. If he can, I have no doubt he will be around the 50 mark again on next year's list.

91. C.J. Stroud

Texans Quarterback

Last Year's Rank: 50

Skill-wise, C.J. Stroud should be close to the Top-25. Unfortunately for him the Texans had the worst O-line in the league last year and have multiple new faces on the unit. Couple this with Tank Dell being out for the whole season and Stroud will need to play Superman to overcome his own team.
