Jacksonville- Hard work is paying off for the rookie James Robinson, as he earns Rookie of the Month with the Jaguars.
For the consecutive year, the Jaguars have had players that earned Rookie of the Month in their first season with the organization. Robinson has been a huge factor with keeping the Jags within striking distance of winning games or being reliable as a player the team can count on. Johnson became the first undrafted player in NFL history to post at least 300 scrimmage yards and multiple TDs through three career games. His 339 scrimmage yards are the most ever by an undrafted player through three career games. Johnson's 339 scrimmage yards and 210 rushing yards are the most in team history through a player’s first three games.
The organization loves what they have in Robinson and knows that he is a huge factor with the rebuilding factor in Jacksonville. Even though the Jags are 1-2 and are third in their division, optimism is high not just for the success of Robinson, but because the team has improved in such a small time frame.
